General CommentsInspection conducted with CPO Tim Rankin. Note* Flow meter reads 75 GPM, but is installed directly between 2 elbows. System has a TR60 sand filter which isn’t capable of handling 75 GPM. Recommend installing a flow meter per manufacture’s instructions capable of reading within 10% of true flow. Light switch in pump room covered up, switch plate broken. Maintain in good condition and easily accessible. Facility changed to Kings III call box, takes 7 or 8 rings before prompted to be connected to the box. Recommend having Kings III reduce to fewer rings or taken immediately to the prompt when calling the box. Equalizer line covers expire 9/26/2023. Replace with new APSP-17 approved covers or abandon prior to cover expiration and provide updated PDSC form to our department for approval. Intent to suspend issued 7) 16) 17) Permit expires 4/30/2023. Will be back on 5/1/2023 to verify that intent to suspend items have been corrected and issue the new permit if corrections have been made.
