All furniture, bed springs, mattresses, sleeping mats, draperies, curtains, shades, venetian blinds, or other furnishings in institutions shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1319 (a). Observed head rest on resident personal chair soiled in room on 100 hall. Thoroughly clean head rest on residents personal chair or contact family member to clean head rest. Observed window blind damaged in the tv room. Replace broken window blind in tv room. All furniture (bed frame, mattress, night stand, chairs) has been replaced since the last inspection.

Tighten loose toilet seats throughout in residents bathroom where needed.
