5-501.11 - Outdoor Storage Surface: An outdoor storage surface for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall be constructed of nonabsorbent material such as concrete or asphalt and shall be smooth, durable, and sloped enough to drain to prevent the collection of surface water. The outdoor storage area for the outside trash receptacle is currently on grass. Work with the owner of the building /trash company to have the outside trash receptacle onto a non-porous surface like concrete. |
