General Comments

Inspection completed with Andrew Nosal present. Intent to suspend permit issued for items listed below. Correct these items by May 31, 2026 or the local county permit will not be issued. 1. 5 % accurate flow meter installed per manufacturers instructions on piping. 2. ‘Adults should not swim alone’ sign posted in minimum 1 inch lettering with exact wording. 3. Missing depth tile on interior pool wall near ladder. 4. Loose depth tile and no dive tile near pool ladder. Requires 5% flow meter for 2026. Permit Restriction: Flow meter must remain operable with flow at 124 gpm to 150 gpm to meet turnover and flow restriction main drains. Suction Hazard.
