Inspection completed with Cecilia Castillo present. Immediate suspension issued for the following items: 1. Emergency phone non operational. 2. No pool drain suction compliance form (PDSC) submitted to health department for new pump that was installed in April, 2024. An electrical inspection must also be completed prior to permit issuance. An in field plan review document must be submitted to the health department. Once the above items are corrected. Contact Eli Freese at 704.621.2298 to verify and lift permit suspension.
