Emergency TPHC done on wrapped sandwiches. Sandwiches were done at 10am this morning & PIC will discard anything remaining at 2pm today. Repeat. |

There is an after-market partition between the compartments of the 2 comp produce sink. Observed gaps, welds, and caulking along this partition. If sink is replaced or there’s a change of ownership, this sink will need to be replaced with an ANSI approved sink with smooth edges. No points due to being permitted this way. |
