Items were placed in container with lid. **Do not store food products below exposed sewage lines. 15A NCAC 18A .2806 (e) 27. Observed diaper changing pad torn in the infant room. Pad was replaced during the inspection. **Diaper changing surface must be easily cleanable, non-absorbent, smooth, and intact. 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (b).
