NO POINTS TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATION: #9. Toilet rooms shall not be used for storage. See rule .1312 (b). Observed storage in bath shared toilet rooms in facility. Storage consisted of large soiled linen bins and large trash bins. Remove. #16. Observed no backup water supply plan. Provide a written plan that meets all parts of 15A NCAC 18A .1313 (f). The back up water supply plan shall include the following components. #18. Label all disposable water pitchers with the resident's/patient's first name and last name. 15A NCAC 18A .1314 (a). Observed unlabeled disposable water pitcher in room 208. Observed single service cups on one medicine cart stored with the mouth piece exposed. EHS educated staff on the proper way to store cups as to not cause contamination. #33. Clean bed linen in good repair shall be provided for each individual and shall be changed when soiled. 15A NCAC 18A .1319 (b).
