General Comments

Inspection completed with Edy Ramirez present. Trip hazard on pool deck must be repaired prior to next inspection or a 30 day intent to suspend may be issued on the permit. Permit restriction - flow meter must remain operable. Flow required at 121 GPM to 252 GPM to meet turnover and flow restriction of the equalizer line covers. Flow greater than 275 Exceeds the main drains. These are suction hazards.
