Observed pool fence not to current specifications. Gaps are under the fence that are more than 4 inches and some areas of the fence are less than 48 inches high. No permit action taken. Pool built prior to 2010.
Observed gate removed and fence secured with zip-tied portion of fence section. This section must be corrected. I.T.S. Issued. It must be corrected to a pool code compliant gate, or a pool code compliant section of permanent fence. Deadline is 11/6/2025. Failure to correct the issue may result in the closure of the pool. |
