General Comments

Observed pool rules sign to read that the pool is open 10am to 10pm. Sign was changed to state that the pool is open 10am to dusk. This pool does not have a night swimming approval from the Health Department and the pool cannot be open to swimming after dusk. This was corrected at the instruction of C. Elmore during the inspection as this sort of signage must reflect that the pool is not open to swimming after sunset without a night swimming approval from the Health Department. The pool has two Aquastar WAV9WR101 main drains and four Aquastar A8R101 equalizer line covers. These all expire May 2025 and will have to be replaced prior to that expiration with approvable covers proper for the flow rate of the pool system. The covers must be replaced and the PDSC paperwork submitted to the Health Department and approved prior to that expiration. Manufacturers may have changed the flow rates for the covers. Make sure that the flow rates for the covers used are correct for the requirements for the pool.
