Observed wall mounted depth marker missing from position under deck mounted depth marker at 3 1/2 feet section of pool. This results in 28 feet between next wall mounted depth markers. Distance between depth markers cannot be more than 25 feet measured around the edge of the water. Depth markers must have numbers and fractions that are at least 4 inches in height and be expressed in feet (Ft.). I.T.S. Issued, expires 10/30/2020. Pool will be closed if this item is not corrected by that time. “issuance of a permit by this department does not negate closure required by Executive Order No. 120, 138, 141, 147, or subsequent Orders in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.” NO SIGNATURE WAS OBTAINED DUE TO COVID-19 SOCIAL DISTANCING POOL IS NOT APPROVED FOR NIGHT SWIMMING.
