General Comments

Decks chipping in places. Maintain deck with no gaps or offsets > 1/2 inch. Prior to making any equipment changes, you will need to fill out an In-Field Plan Review application. This can be found at our website, Meckpools.Charmeck.org. Submit this to our office with the newly installed pump information to ensure it works with existing equipment. Any time electrical work is done a permit is required from Code Enforcement. Ensure that proper permits are obtained from Code Enforcement for the pump replacement. Immediate suspension issued 6) In field plan review and updated PDSC form will need to be approved by our office prior to lifting the suspension.
