General Comments

Inspection conducted with operator, Jonathan. 30 day intent to suspend the permit issued due to the following items: Damaged and missing tiles on pool wall. Damaged overflow grate fitting on pool wall. Flow meter not operating. Incomplete records Kings III cellular emergency notification system is transmitting incorrect address locator information to local Charlotte 911. Pool has 7 days to have issuer corrected or permit will be suspended. Note: Aquastar main drain covers expire 5/20/2024. Replace the drain covers and submit pdsc for approval prior to drain expiration in order to avoid permit action. Note: Flooring in both restrooms with significant peeling/rolling exposing sub floor and presenting possible trip hazard. Flooring must be repaired or replaced prior to issuance of permit for 2024 operating season. If replacing the floor, slip resistance of the material must be verified before installation.
