General Comments

Inspection conducted with Jonathan Montalvo. Immediate suspension of permit issued due to emergency phone not receiving call back. Pool closed and signs posted. Pool must remain closed until emergency phone issue is resolved and verified by EHS. Call Hope McIntosh at 980-229-7549 once phone is corrected. Once immediate suspension lifted, a 30 day intent to suspend the permit may be issued for missing record keeping, missing fitting on pool wall, and concrete coping in poor repair. Night swimming is not approved. Main drain covers expire May 2024. Replace and provide documentation prior to expiration.
