Inspection completed with Rashad Henry present. No signature due to COVID. Intent to suspend permit issued for faded "WARNING NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY" sign. Replace within 30 days or permit will be suspended. Observed throw rope connected to ring buoy beginning to fray but still in good repair. Recommend replacing before rope is damaged.
