General Comments

Observed chlorine pucks on the pool bottom. Pucks cannot be in the pool when it is open. Observed pool pump switched out. Mecklenburg County Health Department has no record of this change. This must be resolved with the Health Department. The pool cannot reopen for swimming without Health Department follow-up inspection and approval. Permit Suspended. Electrical inspection may also be required.
