16) Ensure grass and landscaping does not prevent gates from closing/latching. Night Swimming will NOT be permitted without a visit before dawn or after dusk. Night Swimming scheduled for Thursday 3/26/20 at 7 a.m. Contact Marie Daley at 704-507-6806 to cancel or reschedule. Ensure main drains, emergency equipment and entrances can be seen with adequate lighting. As of 3/24/20, Executive Order 120 mandates closure of pool by 5 p.m. 3/25/2020. As of current guidance leaving pool in "A" Open for Business and further guidance will be provided as given from State of NC. Permit valid until 4/30/2020, but may NOT operate during time of executive order due to novel coronavirus (COVID-19)
