3-304.12 (B) In-use utensils for food that is not TCS must be stored with their handles above the top of the food within containers or equipment that can be closed. Observed a scoop in the dry sugar in the dry goods room of the facility with the handle resting atop the sugar. Ensure that scoops handles are stored so that they are not in direct contact with food. -CDI- PIC adjusted scoop so that the handle was no longer in contact with the sugar. |
