General CommentsPIC reports ice machine is cleaned well and regularly, asserts black marks inside likely stains, due to equipment age. EHS agrees there is no contamination to ice and marks are likely to be stains based on the age and overall condition (generally clean, but dated). EHS does not escalate points for repeat violation, but advises facility to replace ice machine at earliest opportunity, as it can no longer be maintained visibly clean.
