Issuance of a permit by this department does not negate closure required by Executive Order No. 120 or subsequent Orders in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order. Sufficient lighting was seen on 4/22/2020 before dawn to illuminate all areas of the deck, emergency phone, emergency signage, and all areas of the pool, including main drains. Night swimming is permitted. All 4 and 6 point demerit items were in compliance by end of inspection.
