Observed condenser in the WIF leaking causing water to leak onto boxes of food. Facility has placed a metal container in the
splash zone to try and maintain the water but ice was observed on multiple boxes. No contamination was observed. PIC stated that a technician had recently come out to fix the condenser but it is still leaking. Repair condenser. REPEAT*** points not escalated. (0.5 pts) |
