4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair. Observed one of two WIC not functioning ambient air was observed at 58F. PIC stated maintenance team was on site today to fix issue and will return for finish repairs. PIC have moved all TCS foods to secondary WIC where beer is mainly stored and are utilizing large double Low boy cooler for storage along with two flip top units. |
