Observed an employee drink stored in a coffee mug without a lid and straw stored above air drying shelves. Ensure that employee drinks are stored in a manner that prevents possible contamination. |

Observed some pans and plastic containers with build up left attached. Person in charge stated the pans aren’t in use and have been collecting dust and debris from exposure. Metal pans and plastic containers were sent to 3 comp sink to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized again. Recommend removing unused equipment to avoid loss of points in the future. |

Observed heavy buildup attached to floors. Food establishment is working towards getting floors professionally cleaned. Buildup includes flour in some areas by the sides of equipment. |
