Inspection conducted with operator, Brian. Intent to suspend the permit issued due to gate not self closing / self latching. Once corrected call Hope McIntosh a 980-229-7549 or a re-visit will be conducted at 30 days. Drain covers expire February 2024. Replace covers and submit pdsc for approval prior to expiration.
