General Comment:
15A NCAC 18A .2819 (b). Diapering surfaces shall be made of smooth, intact, nonabsorbent material and shall be kept clean and in good repair. Observed small tear in diaper changing pad and debris underneath pad. Repair/replace and keep clean. |
