Observed hot water 127-134F in food prep sinks in Bunnies, Raccoons, Birds, Bears, and Chipmunks classrooms. Looks like the valves had been moved during a repair and water wasn’t re-adjusted back. Maintenance, Winston, Hans been called and is on the way to check and adjust during inspection. NOTE: changes in management, promotions, and movement. Item must be corrected and remain corrected or provisional will be given. |
