General Comments

NO POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS: #3. Keep all walls and ceilings clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1310. Observed wall behind the 1st floor community bathroom starting to peel. #27. Maintain adequate vet records for all animals. 15A NCAC 18A .1317 (f). Observed 1 pet record with expired rabies vaccinations. Per conversation with staff that particular pet is no longer in the facility. EHS recommends facility stays on top of pet vaccinations. #36. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at such intervals as to keep them in a clean and sanitary condition. See rule .1320 (c). Observed memory care refrigerator gaskets accumulating black residue. Clean and maintain. #43. All refrigerators shall maintain a temperature of 45°F or below. 15A NCAC 18A .1323 (b). Observed the refrigerator in the nourishment room had a temperature of 50, Employee stated that they had just cleaned the refrigerator. TCS foods were removed relocated to the main kitchen walk in cooler until the refrigerator is at 45F or below. *NOTE: EHS Aimee Lee lead inspection with EHS Alexis Welch present.
