General Comments

At the present time this facility only has four residents and currently working to complete the second and third floor construction and installation of equipment. This facility has only been operating six days. Currently there are no maintenance service records for the laundry room verifying the sanitizing and disinfecting concentration available for review, and no pet immunization records. Facility manager will contact Nicole Bruce when all equipment are installed and rooms are complete. Keep hand washing sink accessible at all times. Keep all shower rooms and spa fully stocked with cleaner and disinfectant. Install a back flow device on shower in resident's room.
