3-304.14(B) Hold in-use wiping cloths in properly concentrated sanitizer between uses. Observed buckets of towels being held in quaternary ammonia sanitizer solution. PIC stated that they are using quart temporarily until chlorine sanitizer packets are delivered later today. Quaternary ammonia concentration measured less than 100 ppm, according to test kit. CDI: employee refreshed sanitizer bucket and quaternary ammonia concentration of 150ppm was reached. |
