6-303.11 - Intensity: The light intensity shall be at least 10 foot candles in walk-in refrigeration units and dry storage areas. Observed lighting in dry stroage area measured at 4 foot candles. Replace with brighter bulb.. EHS did note it is brighter than last inspection.

Observed multiple personal items such as stroller in dry storage area, stuffed animals placed above boxes in dry storage area and personal food scattered in RIC and RIFs. Create designated areas for food and personal items to avoid possible contamination. |
