Repair or replacement needed. Ensure to provide all hand washing supplies at all hand sinks at all time. - Head of custodian: April Manual present during inspection walkthrough.

Repair needed, and keep in good repair.

Damage wall in boy restroom. Check for active leaks, Repair needed. Replace the ceiling tiles.
