Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b).- Observed water fixture at one of the hand sink in boys room upstairs is not working. Need repair. Observed several hand sinks throughout the building, the timer for the spring loaded faucet is too short maybe about one second. Timer adjustment needed to allow proper hand washing. Observed separation of hand sink and wall in the gym restroom. Repairing/caulking maybe needed. Keep in good repair. |

Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.- Observed water stained ceiling tiles in the gym restrooms. EHS suggested to check and repair any active leaks and replace the ceiling tiles. |
