Inspection completed at Elon Park located at 11401 Ardrey Kell Rd, Charlotte, NC 28277. EHS observed cut fruit and various non-regulated foods stored under a tent outside of MFU to be served to customers. EHS directed PIC to move all regulated foods inside of MFU for sell. Non-regulated foods such as candy and chips can be sold under tent. No seating observed provided under tents.
