4-501.114 Maintain sanitizer at correct concentrations when being used to sanitize. -P In use quat sanitizer testing below 150ppm. Per manufacturer instructions, concentration of sanitizer for food contact surfaces is to be at 200ppm. PIC Blanca attempted to correct the concentration, but did not have enough quat concentrate. PIC was also advised to not use water at temperatures greater than 75F per instructions. Verification by 9/9/19 to check for replacement and concentration of sanitizer. |
