Per management, maintenance was working during time of inspection and throwing things away which is why lid and sliding door was opened.
5-501.115 A storage area and enclosure for refuse, recyclables, or returnables shall be maintained free of unnecessary items and clean. Observed tire and minor debris/litter stored outside of dumpster. |
