4-601.11(A) Equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. -Pf-Observed soiled silver spoons and pans stored as clean with food debris inside. Also observed measuring cups, cookie cutters, and spatulas stored in bins with build up inside. CDI-PIC moved items to dish room to be washed, rinse, and sanitized. REPEAT. |
