General Comments

During OSV to the commissary EHS observed them using the wrong type of hose for fresh water (see violation) EHS also observed their food in the WIC on two different shelves in the WIC with no labels stating the food was there’s, it was intermingled with the restaurants. PIC made it to where they had just one shelf on the left and they labeled it before inspection was over.
