General CommentsUpon arrival several glass items were found within the pool enclosure. They were a drinking glass, several glass salt and pepper shakers, and a hot sauce bottle. Enforce the “No Glass” part of the pool warning signs. Pool is closed due to the expiration of the Waterway equalizer lines covers. Pool cannot open until the closure items are corrected and verified by the Health Department. The Equalizer lines must be corrected and the PDSC paperwork submitted and approved by the Health Department before the pool can reopen. Pool Doors say the pool is open from 9am-9pm. Pool cannot be open past sunset as it does not have a night swimming approval. The pool signs on the deck say the pool closes at dusk. Correct the doors to show the pool is closed to swimming at dusk or seek night swimming approval from the Health Department. Contact C. Elmore for that process. Pool main drain covers are Paramount SDX2 covers. They will expire July 2025. They must be replaced and a new PDSC form submitted to the Health Department and approved before that date. If this is not done prior to the next season of pool permits a new permit will not be issued to operate the pool until it is done. Christopher Elmore 704-507-6814
