POOL HAS PASSED INSPECTION AND BEEN ISSUED THE PERMIT DECAL. PAPER PERMIT WILL BE AVAILABLE ON-LINE AT THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT WEBSITE. DISPLAY THE PERMIT AND DECAL AT THE POOL DECK AREA. POOL HAS 2 WATERWAY 640-8240 EQ LINE COVERS ON THE WALLS. THEY EXPIRE JUNE 2024. THEY MUST BE REPLACED AND THE PDSC DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED TO AND APPROVED BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO EXPIRATION.
