Inspection completed with Jonathan Montalvo present. Permit immediately suspended for the following: 1. Non-operational emergency phone. 2. No body hook on non-collapsible pole located on pool deck. Correct these items and contact Eli Freese at 704.621.2298 to verify and lift permit suspension. The following items warrant an intent to suspend being issued if not corrected when permit suspension is lifted: 1. Non-operational flow meter. 2. Gate near restrooms not fully self-closing. 3. Inadequate record keeping. Ensure total alkalinity and cyanuric acid are recorded at least once per week. Ensure records are kept daily.
