Observed a lot of items uncovered throughout the establishment. Raw chicken observed above raw salmon in the walk in cooler. Raw chicken directly touching cooked chicken in the walk in cooler. Unwashed produce observed stored over desserts in the fridge in the front. Unwashed produce observed stored over soda right by the back door.

A cup without a handle was found nearly completely submerged in dosa. Cup being used as a scooper in the sugar container.

Observed wall damage above the 3 compartment sink. A hole was observed in one of the ceiling tiles above the line. Ceiling tile was missing in the dry storage area, but replaced during the inspeciton. Baseboard was missing by the back door where the soda boxes are.
Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair. |
