4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair. Observed low temperature dish machine not in-use. PIC, stated they use 3 compartment sink for wash, rinsing and sanitizing food contact surfaces and equipment and church is aware of it and have contacted company for service. Long term compliance visit needed to ensure calibration of dish machine and contact information left with PIC. Service scheduled for today or tomorrow according to PIC. |
