General CommentsFacility prep unit is not operating correctly. Upon entry to the facility PIC informed EHS that the PIC had been checking temperatures and observed the unit was not operating. PIC contacted technician to have the unit repaired and had begun discarding food in the unit. PIC is using ice baths and or TPHC to maintain food safety in unit until repaired.
