Solid waste must be covered, and dumpster area must be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2830 (c ) and (d).
Observed dumpster doors opened during time of inspection. Observed pile of trash stored outside of dumpster. Per center this dumpster space is suppose to be for the center only however residents from within the community utilize the dumpster.
