4-501.19 - Manual Warewashing Equipment, Wash Solution Temperature: During manual warewashing, maintain the wash solution at a minimum of 110F or as otherwise allowed by the detergent manufacturers label. Pf Observed 3 comps ink with hot water less than 110F. Observed water varying from 67F and 78F. PIC suspects that pipe was frozen over from the night before VERIFICATION IN 10 DAYS.
COMMENT: AFTER EHS was done with report and grade card, PIC stated hot water was working, Hot water was temped at 120F. |
