3-501.18 Discard the food requiring date labels once time/temperature window has expired, if it is not been labeled, or if the label is incorrect. -P Observed container of chicken soup dated 3-10 and tray of shredded chicken dated 3-9 in WIC. PIC stated that both items had been prepared on 3-14 and previous datemarks had not been removed. Other items in facility were adequately datemarked. CDI - PIC put corrected datemark on food items.
