Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b). Observed soiled water fountains throughout the building including the gym. Detail cleaning needed all around surfaces, crevices, nozzles and spouts. Keep clean. Observed one water fountain start to separate from a wall in front of the gym. Repair needed. |

Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b).- Observed paper towel dispenser came off the wall in girl restroom in upper building. Observed one disrepair hand dryer in men restroom 1st floor, gym building, repair needed. Observed on 2nd floor in men restroom, caulking needed around hand dryers. Sealed all cracks and gaps. Keep all in good repair. Points remain the same at this time. |
