Observed missing ceiling tiles in A165. Observed crack on ceiling were it looks like repairs had been made in boys D5E bathroom. Observed hole and staining on ceiling in girls D5D bathroom. Observed minor chipping to tiles on floor in locker rooms. Observed dead roaches in stair wells to multipurpose room stage. Needs cleaning/repair. |
