General Comments

Inspection completed with David McElveen and Orlin Aguirre present. Note- ring buoy throw rope was too long. CDI- cut to 37 feet 6 inches. Provide portable vacuum to pool cleaning. Intent to suspend permit for items listed below. Correct within 30 days or permit will be suspended. The current permit is valid until 5/31/2026. If the intent to suspend items are not corrected by then, a new permit cannot be issued. Once corrected, contact Eli Freese at 704.621.2298 to verify and lift intent to suspend. 1. Doors from clubhouse and grotto not self-latching and/or self-closing. 2. Windows that lead from apartments directly to pool deck not alarmed or limited to open 4 inches or less. 3. Cracked skimmer basket. 4. One loose depth tile and one loose ‘FT’ tile.
